Knicely Presents at 10th Annual Eminent Domain Seminar in May

James J. Knicely served as a panelist at the 10th Annual CLE International Eminent Domain Seminar held on May 5-6, 2016, at the Tides Inn, Irvington, Virginia. Knicely and Program Co-Chair Joshua Baker discussed the topic of “Rare, Unique and Unusual Easements” in the context of eminent domain practice. Knicely was a previously panelist at the seminar in both 2014 and 2015, participating in a 2014 panel with attorneys Jeremy P. Hopkins of Norfolk, and Brian W. Horn of Richmond on the topic of “The Unbuilt Road — Compliance with Virginia Code Section 25.1-206 and Changing Design Plans” , and in a 2015 panel with attorney Petula C. Metzler from Woodbridge, Virginia, on the topic of “Joint Use Utility Easements.”
